RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
- Returns and Exchange: If you are not completely satisfied with your OxyHarvest Algae-Based Air Purifier, you may request a return and exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, including the original packaging and accessories.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be processed as follows:
- Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for eligible returns of unopened and unused products, including the original packaging and accessories. Please note that any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Partial Refund: In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted for returns that do not meet the full refund criteria. This determination will be made upon successful inspection and approval of the returned product. Please note that any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact OxyHarvest's customer support within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase and a description of the issue are required. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including filter replacements, algae culture and nutrient refills, custom designs, DIY kits, and outdoor units.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is determined to be defective or non-compliant with the terms of the end-user agreement.
- Defective and Damaged Products: If your product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact OxyHarvest's customer support. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the product, as per the terms in the end-user agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation by Customer: Customers have the option to cancel their order for an OxyHarvest unit by contacting our customer support team through the website's contact form. To be eligible for a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted within 06 days from the date of placing the order. For cancellation requests made after the 06-day period, a cancellation fee may apply. Please note that any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Cancellation by OxyHarvest: In exceptional circumstances, OxyHarvest reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen factors, which may include production issues, inventory shortages, or other valid reasons. Should OxyHarvest initiate the cancellation of an order, customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
- Warranty Coverage: Your OxyHarvest Algae-Based Air Purifier is covered by a one-year warranty, as outlined in the end-user agreement. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact OxyHarvest's customer support within the warranty period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Warranty remedies include repair or replacement of the defective product, as determined by OxyHarvest.
CUSTOM DESIGNS AND OUTDOOR UNITS
- Custom Design Policy: If you opt for a custom-designed air purifier, please note that these designs are subject to your approval and may be non-refundable once the design process has commenced.
- Outdoor Units Policy: Outdoor air purifiers are designed for specific outdoor and open-air environments. They are non-refundable once delivered and installed in compliance with the end-user agreement.
